Iowa County Area Economic Development Corporation Seeks Executive Director

Be a driving force behind the development and implementation of economic development strategies within the Iowa County Area.
The Iowa County Area Economic Development Corporation is seeking an Executive Director who will develop and implement economic development strategies with a variety of public and private contacts within the Iowa County area.

Key responsibilities include conducting outreach activities that encourage expansion of existing businesses, business retention, promoting the Iowa County area for in-state and out-of-state businesses to expand or develop facilities, working closely with representatives of all levels of government and the public.

Qualifications include Bachelor's degree in economic development, business administration, finance, marketing, planning, public administration or related field, with a minimum of three years experience in economic development, or any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to conduct effective public presentations. Valid Wisconsin motor vehicle operator's license required.
